The car, a VW Polo, was great and clearly the folk at Sixt were very helpful. I wanted to insure with my own insurance provider beyond the basic insurance that one has to have, and felt I was being discouraged. I did, though, and it saved me a great deal of money. Because of its location the office at the Railway Station is easy to find. However, not knowing Nottingham too well by car I was not in the know about local petrol filling stations... a map for customers would have been extremely useful for bringing back the vehicle with a full tank. The overall experience was good, the car just the ticket and the staff very friendly.
